This Privacy Policy describes how StandartBusinessConsult LLC (hereinafter the “Company”, brand “SBK Pay”, TIN 02111201910281) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors of the website sbk-pay.com, applicants, merchants and their representatives, as well as buyers who pay for purchases through the Service.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- onboarding application data (name, company, country, type of business, website or point-of-sale address, email, and, at the applicant’s option, Telegram and comments);
- information about the merchant, its owners and points of sale, obtained during the verification before onboarding and during subsequent reviews;
- account credentials of Dashboard users;
- data on each transaction: the payer’s details, the amount, the rate, the order number and the purchase confirmation provided by the merchant;
- technical data when accessing the website and the Dashboard (IP address, access logs).
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to: reply to the application and onboard the merchant; verify the merchant and control the use of the terminal; carry out payments and credits; store confirmations for each purchase and respond to requests from banks; comply with legal requirements, including anti-money-laundering; and ensure the security of the website and the Dashboard.
4. Legal bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of the applicant’s consent, the services agreement for payment acceptance with the merchant, and the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Buyers’ data is received in connection with a transaction and is processed for its execution and confirmation.
5. Transfer of data to third parties
Data may be transferred to the partner bank and to participants of the payment infrastructure to the extent necessary to carry out a transaction and to respond to requests concerning it; to providers of technology services that support the operation of the website and the Dashboard; to the Company’s representatives in the merchant’s country for the purpose of verification; and to government authorities in cases provided for by law. We require partners to maintain confidentiality.
6. Storage and protection
Data is stored for the period necessary for the purposes of processing and as established by law. The Company applies organizational and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request access to their data, its correction or deletion to the extent permitted by law, as well as to withdraw consent to processing, bearing in mind that withdrawal may make it impossible to consider the application or to provide services. Requests are accepted at info@sbk.kg.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website sbk-pay.com does not use cookies, third-party scripts or tracking tools. Data from the application form is used only to reply to the application.
9. Changes to the policy
The current version of the Policy is published on the website and takes effect upon publication.
